What Should My Recruitment Message Be 2 Weeks Before the Challenge

Below is a sample of the first message you can send 2 weeks before the challenge start date to present your challenge and encourage sign-ups:

‍Hi everyone! 

We will be hosting a {challenge type} challenge starting on {start date}! 

We will be using an app called Dash to do this. We’ll be able to compete in fun challenges against each other, set new goals for ourselves, and even compete for prizes! Here’s an overview of our challenge this month: 

  • Dates of challenge: {dates}
  • {Challenge type} challenge format with a goal of {challenge goal}
  • {Challenge description}
  • Challenge winner will receive {prize}. Let’s get it! 

To sign up, You can download the Dash app on the iOS or Android app here.

  1. Follow the steps to create your Dash account
  2. Enter the org code: {org code}, then confirm {org name} as the organization

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be added to the challenge.

Already have a Dash account? Just add the organization code when you open the app.
